I offer one-to-one coaching for people who want time and support to think more carefully about where they are, how they arrived here and what comes next whether that's personally, professionally or somewhere in between.

Sessions usually take place online and last around an hour. In-person sessions are also available, depending on location. You'll also receive between-session support for reflections or questions that support the coaching process. This isn’t crisis support, and anything that needs depth we’ll bring into the session.

Everyone begins with an initial conversation. Coaching works best when people are ready to reflect honestly and engage with the process, so before booking a discovery call, I’ll ask you to complete a short reflection form. This is aimed to help you think about what you’d like from coaching, and to help us both decide whether this feels like a good fit. Most people find this makes the first conversation more focused and useful.

Discovery Call

All coaching begins with a free discovery call.

 

This is a no-pressure conversation where we:

• talk about what’s bringing you here

• explore whether coaching feels like the right support

• decide together whether working together is a good fit

 

As part of the booking process, you’ll be asked to complete a short reflection form.

 

Session length: 45–60 minutes

Format: Online, or in person depending on location

Fee: Free

1:1 Coaching Series

6 sessions over 3 - 4 months

 

A coaching series gives us the time and continuity to work not just on what’s immediately visible, but on the patterns and assumptions that shape how you think, decide and respond. This is the primary way I work with clients.

Over the course of our work together, we’ll:

• explore how you’ve come to see yourself and your situation as you do

• notice beliefs and patterns that may once have been helpful, but now limit options or create friction

• reflect, test ideas and build understanding over time

• support decisions that feel intentional rather than reactive.

 

This way of working is particularly helpful if you:

• feel stuck or at a crossroads

• are navigating change or uncertainty whether that's with a situation, role or your identity

• want to move forward without being pulled back by old habits or assumptions

• are open to honest reflection and working with what emerges.

 

Sessions: 6 × 60 minutes

Format: Online, or in person depending on location

Fee: £900

Individual payment plans are available, so please ask for details

1:1 Single Sessions

Available by arrangement.

One session can be surprisingly powerful, but sustained change usually comes from working over time.

 

Single session are most suitable for:

• working through a specific decision or question

• follow-up or check-in sessions after a coaching series

• returning clients who want occasional support
