coaching
In my coaching sessions, I don’t work from a blueprint for how life should look. What I offer is a thoughtful, supportive way of looking at what’s getting in the way, and of exploring how to move forward in a way that feels intentional and sustainable.
My background includes leadership and management support and coaching within organisations as well as working with individual private clients. If work, leadership or professional change or decisions are part of what’s bringing you here, we can explore that too. I draw on practical tools when they’re useful, but I don’t ignore the inner patterns and beliefs that ultimately shape change.
My coaching blends reflection and insight with practical shifts, whether you’re navigating something personal, professional or somewhere in between. If you’re willing to look inward in order to move forward, we’re likely to work well together.
About me
Leigh Ann Hills, Coach
I’m a coach and facilitator with experience supporting both personal and professional development. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding how we’ve come to think, respond and decide as we do.
My coaching style is inquisitive, calm and constructively challenging. I work alongside people as they think things through, reflect honestly and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Over time, this awareness can loosen unhelpful patterns and support clearer communication, stronger relationships and more intentional decision-making.
Whether you’re working on confidence, leadership, purpose or something harder to define, our work will be guided by what matters most to you and shaped by your own goals.
